How to Use:

Measure: Pull out approximately 45cm of floss and wind most of it around one of your middle fingers, and the rest around the opposite middle finger.

Guide: Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, leaving about 2–3cm of exposed thread.

Clean: Gently guide the floss between teeth using a gentle back-and-forth sawing motion. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth into a C-shape and slide gently beneath the gumline.

Advance: Move to a clean section of floss for each tooth gap, and dispose of used floss after use.
