  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery within Colombo usually takes 1–3 working days, while deliveries to other areas across Sri Lanka may take 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Bank Transfers for online payments. All transactions are processed securely.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can be modified or canceled only before dispatch. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Please contact our support team immediately if you need assistance.

  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

    If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can contact our customer service team to update the address. Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
