How to Use:

Prepare: Wash hands thoroughly. Pull out the inner tube of the compact applicator until you hear or feel a "click"—this means the applicator is fully extended and ready to use.

Insert: Hold the applicator at the anti-slip grip with your thumb and middle finger. Place the rounded tip at the vaginal opening and gently slide the outer tube in at a slight angle. Push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube to release the tampon, then remove both plastic tubes.

Change & Dispose: Always use the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow. Change tampons every 4–8 hours. Place the used plastic applicator back into its wrapper or wrap securely and dispose of it in a waste bin (do not flush). Wash hands after removal.
