How to Use:
-
Prepare: Wash hands thoroughly. Remove the individual wrapper and pull the inner tube out until you hear or feel a "click"—this locks the compact applicator into its full-size position.
-
Insert: Hold the applicator at the anti-slip grip using your thumb and middle finger. Place the rounded tip at the vaginal opening and gently guide the outer tube in at a slight upward angle. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube to release the tampon, then slide the plastic applicator out.
-
Change & Dispose: Always select the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow. Change tampons every 4–8 hours. Place the used plastic applicator back into its wrapper or wrap securely and dispose of it in a trash bin (never flush). Wash hands after removal.
