How to Use:

Prepare: Wash hands thoroughly before opening. Unwrap the individual tampon wrapper.

Insert: Hold the applicator tube by the anti-slip grip area with your thumb and middle finger. Place the tip at the vaginal opening and gently slide the outer tube in until your fingers touch your body. Push the inner tube all the way up into the outer tube until the tampon is positioned correctly, then gently remove the applicator tubes.
