How to Use:

Prepare: Wash hands thoroughly. Unwrap the tampon and hold the applicator tube at the finger-grip mark using your thumb and middle finger.

Insert: Place the rounded tip of the outer cardboard tube at the vaginal opening and gently slide it in at a slight upward angle. Push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube using your index finger to release the tampon, then remove both cardboard tubes.
