How to Use:

Prepare: Wash hands thoroughly. Unwrap the tampon and pull the inner tube out until it "clicks" into place—this locks the applicator into its full-length position.

Insert: Hold the applicator by the anti-slip grip with your thumb and middle finger. Position the rounded tip at the vaginal opening and gently insert the outer tube at a slight upward angle. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube to release the tampon, then slide the plastic applicator out.
